Deep house and dub techno spread in Europe, and we can hear about more and more new talents, who have fantasy as producer or DJ, and always can show something new. We don't have to go far for these young artists - just go till the Alps where such guys are like Baaz or Alessandro Crimi. I interviewed the latest gentleman, who was glad to answer my questions and also made an exclusive mix to our site, in which he mixed some dubstep and deep dub techno elements. So my guest is Alessandro Crimi from Switzerland.

Leigh_Morgan_120x92Leigh Morgan's name has almost coalesced with house music. During more than 10 years of sustained and purposeful work, he was brought together with many great names. The real turning point in his life was in 1999, when he became the new resident of 'Urbantorque' nights at Club Heaven. He met there such guys as Dave Angel, Lee Buridge, Craig Richards, Adam Freeland, Steve Lawler, Danny Rampling, Danny Howells, or Terry Francis. In the same year he played at the Essential Christmas Party 99 with Pete Tong, Pete Heller and other big names. One year later Leigh was DJing in the Ericcson tent at the Homelands 2000, and on Radio One Sound Stage at the Mardi Gras, where he was Danny Rampling's and Judge Jules' warm-up DJ. Since then, of course, he continued to stay close to the fire, he already had 3 gigs in our country too, hopefully not the last time.

If  I say that K-Bana Feat. OB - 'True To You', a fan will know what it is. Cheer, easy days, peaceful life, party, friends, relaxing... etc... I could count many more characteristics of this song, but one thing is sure, it's a special track. K-Bana (Chris Tomsett) a 26 year old great producer who is addicted to the deep. From his D.U.S.K.-Picture Me Falling remix, that was made in 2005, he arrived to his real own style that could be called simply Deephouse.

It is always a great pleasure for me to hear something fresh and original. So it was when some months ago I've noticed this guy from Glasgow, who's mixing funky- and soul-like sound in his own producer works, he instantly became one of my favourites. Now he finally released his brand new album: "Night and Day", which is probably one of the best compilations this year so far. The album's free and easy style, and specific sounding will definitely win support of those listeners who thought electronic music is a messy noise till now.

Sebastian_Davidson_100.jpgSebastian Davidson is one of the most important musicians these times. His records give a base and direction for the future music. Many things come out from the interview, also some Hungarian related ones. And probably we can enjoy the deep-tech-prog house music a'la Sebastian in Hungary as well soon.
