Deep house and dub techno spread in Europe, and we can hear about more and more new talents, who have fantasy as producer or DJ, and always can show something new. We don't have to go far for these young artists - just go till the Alps where such guys are like Baaz or Alessandro Crimi. I interviewed the latest gentleman, who was glad to answer my questions and also made an exclusive mix to our site, in which he mixed some dubstep and deep dub techno elements. So my guest is Alessandro Crimi from Switzerland.

International Interview

Leigh_Morgan_120x92Leigh Morgan's name has almost coalesced with house music. During more than 10 years of sustained and purposeful work, he was brought together with many great names. The real turning point in his life was in 1999, when he became the new resident of 'Urbantorque' nights at Club Heaven. He met there such guys as Dave Angel, Lee Buridge, Craig Richards, Adam Freeland, Steve Lawler, Danny Rampling, Danny Howells, or Terry Francis. In the same year he played at the Essential Christmas Party 99 with Pete Tong, Pete Heller and other big names. One year later Leigh was DJing in the Ericcson tent at the Homelands 2000, and on Radio One Sound Stage at the Mardi Gras, where he was Danny Rampling's and Judge Jules' warm-up DJ. Since then, of course, he continued to stay close to the fire, he already had 3 gigs in our country too, hopefully not the last time.

Hungarian DJs & Producer
Chritian Slater_100.jpg

In our last interview we've already mentioned this week's producer, Christian Slater. His career is very successful as well, and during reading the interview you can feel that's only the beginning as Krisztián has plenty of drive and good ideas that still wait for realization.

Hungarian DJs & Producer
Tommy Nash_100.jpgThis week you can read the first part of a double interview, as Tommy Nash' and Christian Slater's names are almost one whole. These producers are on the way to top with rapid strides. They already have releases at labels like Cloud 9 Records or Global Underground, and had a chance to play at Creamfields Poland. So first let's read about Tommy Nash.

It is always a great pleasure for me to hear something fresh and original. So it was when some months ago I've noticed this guy from Glasgow, who's mixing funky- and soul-like sound in his own producer works, he instantly became one of my favourites. Now he finally released his brand new album: "Night and Day", which is probably one of the best compilations this year so far. The album's free and easy style, and specific sounding will definitely win support of those listeners who thought electronic music is a messy noise till now.
